We collect the minimum data needed to process a payment and operate Studio, Control, and /me: name, email, phone, payment amounts, and technical logs. We do not store full card numbers or mobile-money PINs.
OmniBsic receives the amount, a client reference, and the customer details needed to charge. Creators receive payment status, amount, and the customer details they submitted. We do not sell personal data.
Transaction records are kept for accounting, disputes, and Ghana AML retention. KYC documents are stored privately and reviewed only by Zoe operators.
Subject access and deletion requests live at /me/settings. Export is self-serve. Deletion is reviewed so paid-order records are not wiped while AML retention applies.
