Instant MoMo payouts
MoMo sales are available immediately. We send the payout as soon as Ghana Card KYC is approved. Card sales may wait a few days. A dispute or risk reserve can still hold specific funds.
Ghana Card verification
Withdrawals require a verified Ghana Card match on the payout number. You can sell before verification; funds stay in the wallet until you complete KYC.
Disputes
Buyers open disputes from /me. You reply in Studio → Orders. Control can mark refunded or lost after review.
Platform fees
Free plan is 3.5% + GH₵0.50 per paid order. Fees are deducted from the seller side unless you pass them to the buyer. All amounts are in GH₵ pesewas internally.
Your data
Download a copy from /me/settings. Deletion is reviewed so paid-order records stay for Ghana AML retention. We have not published a DPC registration number yet.
