Zoe Pay is a payment aggregator. We collect card and mobile-money payments on behalf of merchants and settle those funds to the merchant. Card and mobile-money credentials are entered on OmniBsic hosted pages — Zoe never stores full card numbers.
Merchants must complete KYC before collecting live payments and are responsible for the goods or services they sell. Refunds and payouts are operator-marked today; OmniBsic does not expose an automated send-money API. Test-mode payments never move real money.
By paying, you authorise the charge shown on checkout. Contact the merchant for disputes about the purchase; contact Zoe for payment-processing issues.
Zoe is not a bank. Balances shown in Studio are ledger amounts we owe a merchant, not deposits.
